They specially try to verify if your marriage is genuine or not (May be some try for visa on fake marriage). With strong evidence like pictures of cultural marriage, it should not be a problem. One thing is missing in above discussion. Yes, you need to have 'Marriage Certificate'. Take the marriage invitation card too when going for interview.
