I came to US on 2003. Finished my Undergrad on 2004. Since then I am working as an IT professional. Now its time to do something for parents. I am planning to invite my parents but have no idea how and from where to start with. What are the documents that we need to provide. I am currently on H1B and my Green Card is on process (I40). These are some of the list of documents that I am familiar with. Employer letter (which states your salary, position) Pay stub: 2 Bank Balance: (that I am not sure of) Do the applicants also need to prepare any documents? Do I need to send my status papers? These could be the dumbest question. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
