Whether it is due to extreme poverty or lack of education or both, child labor cannot be justified in any form. In an ideal scenario, government should take care of its citizens (kids,youth and elderly) but government alone cannot do everything. Especially an inefficient and a civil-war affected country like ours cannot make this issue a top-most priority.
