I had a similar experriences couple of years back. An Indian guy wanted to hire me, and offered all kinds of $$... and that I will be doing VPN all the time, no need to come to office and would be doig a quite a travelling on companies expenses. Sounded really gr8, but before quiting my job, I decided to do a small research and found few very interesting things. To begin, I did check for domain registration and found that it was registered to his house add (a big one), then followed his office address (this was major surpriise), it was addressed to a UPS drop-off location and the suite number on his business card was a post-box.
