Given that there is minimal, if not none, protection for common people in Nepal, it MIGHT make sense to allow citizens the right to bear arms. The key word here being MIGHT, as this does require more thought and debate. Why should only maobadis, khaobadis and your run-of-the-mill goondas, looteras, daku, chor have the guns? Sure cops do too, but they are not helping. So people might as well get arms to protect themselves. Nepal is almost like Wild West of 1800's.
