It said other passengers included the deputy director of the U.S. Agency for International Development in Nepal, Margaret Alexander, as well as Nepalese government officials and representatives of other nongovernmental organizations and the charge d'affaires of the Embassy of Finland. Two of the four crew members were Russian."
