But with all the bad experience i had with this particular Nepali lawyer's firm, i dont believe a word of what they say. i might go for premium if nothing comes up by next week. but just wanted to know what would happen if i overstayed my 'grace' period, i.e. 2 months after my OPT expires. according to my lawyer's assistant, as long as i have my H1B status 'in process', i can overstay as long as i want. tara aba pattyaune napatyaune arkai kura ho.
