After several relationships with non-Nepali girls in the last five years ...seriously I would NOT go for non-Nepali girls..anymore. Initially it'll always be a blast (due to the difference of culture and ways of thinking) but in a long term it wears me down. The matter of cultural compatibility becomes a major issue and I would not want to spend rest of my life trying to make her understand how and why I feel differently about the same thing.
