I think it's not only Nepalese but having said that, the true reason behind the brawls that suceed every nepalese function is the fact that we do not know how to handle alcohol. When we get drunk, we think we rule the world. And then there ends up being multiple rulers in one small crowded place which results in the battles... Simple as that.
