High protein food and meat is a big luxuary. Lack of such diet has caused Nepali people to be shorter and smaller in compare to other races. Nepali models are beautiful, but can't forget a Nepali lady in a far village doing most of the household and agricultural duties and responsibilities, stopping and fighting their durnkard husbands to save their family and even picking guns if needed.
