Another issue to keep in mind apart from research possibility is the University's relation with the industry.How efective are the job fairs??? how serious is the university regarding placement.In our field of study ( applied science ) its not what you know matters...its what you can do with what you know kicks a.ss.Plan ur grad studies towards finding a job before you graduate. good luck
