Basnyat1 did say that Her husband had to go through many surgieries. That could be excusable if she had closed her travel agency. She never said she did not sell any tickets, book any tickets. Basnyat1, can you please explain why you were able to do your other business but prakash's refund? I think getting own money back for one is more important than your business.
