Indeed! In the beginning, I too was thinking there are always two sides of the story. Maybe this Prakash guy is just another disgruntled customer (but customer nonetheless) and Kali Travels did what it could. But then, lo and behold, here are the words from the horse's mouth: PRIORITY IN THE OFFICE IS BOOKING FIRST, RESPONDING TO EMAILS/CALLS/ ACCOUNTING IS LAST This just proved Prakash's point. I will never never ever give my business to a firm that puts its paid customer last and looks to snare new customer first. Say what you must, you guys, but I'd rather go with Peaceland. They not only are pleasant and look forward to serving new customers, but also take care of the old ones who need help and or need to make changes.
