I totally believe Prakash ji. And Basnyat1, what kind of costumer service is this " PRIORITY IN THE OFFICE IS BOOKING FIRST, RESPONDING TO EMAILS/CALLS/ ACCOUNTING IS LAST" Your priority should be your old costumer who already bought tickets from you. You should try to handle your costumer in hand if you don't have time rather than being greedy and try to grab as much as costumer as you can. Your husband's surgery is not a reasonable excuse. If you are in business be ethical and meet your costumer's need. Don't give a lame excuse. If you can not handle it close the business or hire more employee. Thanks Prakash ji for your information. I will never be using their service.
