Beware of Kali Travels (USA-NEPAL) ticketing agent

Hi Friends, It is nice to hear something from Kali Travels. At least I could get some response. I am not a person with bitter tounge and I would like to thank Kali travles for arranging my flight to KTM and back. I really thank them from depth of my heart. My complain is only with their "deaf-eared" response to me. Now let me show some light to the other part of the story. Kali Travels got me a ticket and the first confirmed ticket for which I payed is has a part of ITIN as follows: DATE FLIGHT AIRPORT FROM/TO TIME CLASS STATUS ------ ------ ------------------------ ---- --------------- 11DEC CI 693 TPE-TAIPEI 0925 Q CONFIRMED 11DEC BKK-BANGKOK 1225 11DEC TG 319 BKK-BANGKOK 1030 S CONFIRMED 11DEC KTM-KATHMANDU 1245 And from here all the problem began. See the schedules. I had to fly from BKK 2 hours before landing !!! Is it ever possible. The agent wants the customer to validate it. The first question is how such ITIN was produced by the computer system. And when her experienced eyes could not find it, how am i supposed to know this. Because of this impossible ITIN airlines got me everything as per ITIN except for that particular sector. I was put into next morning flight and my total transit time in BKK was 22 hrs and i would land KTM the other day. This was not acceptable for me because more important things were waiting for me at home. So I requested for change in ITIN. For that I was asked to mail back the ticket to airlines' ticketing office and this is the emal I got fot that "and pls mail ticket to 300 n coit rd, richardson ,tx 75080 without it=they cant reissue and make changes" This address doesn't have "suite number" of the office and my ticket was never deliverd to them. Luckily i had "confirmed" postage and it came back to me. She says she sent me correct address and sent me another copy of email which I NEVER RECEIVED. I turst her she tried sent me email but her 'blackberry' might have deceived her. Because my ticket was lost, I bought another ticket, paid in full and flew home. After coming back, I processed for refund. Paid $100 as fee and got the refund. This process was also delayed ONLY BECAUSE SHE NEVER CONTACTED TICKETING OFFICE because they require something from agent. and I have a proof of this too. Then I asked for the refund check for the money I was over-chaged. I was charged 90 dolars more than promised. She often answered to my email that she will do it next week and on the last email (dated 31 May) she said she needed some time to go through my file. Then I waited 3 more months but nothing happened. At last, frustrated with all this, I wrote her "Final" email showing my dissatisfaction which she says NASTY. In my entire life I haven't said anything bad to anyone and I CHALLENGE HER to prove that the emial was nasty. I dont remember everything thing I wrote, but the gist is I showed my dissatisfaction, and warned that I'll do my best to warn other possible sustomers to THINK TWICE before making a deal with them . It is my responsibility to advise others of probable loss and that is the only thing I am doing here on SAJHA.COM. In my opinion she does give the best deal for tickets but what i believe even more is "It is not justified to turn deaf-ear to a customer in trouble just because you give best deal to rest of others". She was one of the sweetest and comfortable person to deal with till things started getting worse. To the friend who want Kali Travels to have law suit against me: you dont need to do this. She has enough legal expertise to do it herself. And now I am capable enought to bear any lawsuits with all the proofs with me if anything as such should happen. SO FRIENDS, KALI TRAVELS IS GOOD AND WILL SAVE FEW DOLLARS UNTIL YOU GET INTO SOME SERIOUS TROUBLE. ONE THINGS 100% true that THEY DONT HAVE MINIMUM REQUIRED CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND ALL THESE WOULDN"T HAVE HAPPENED HAD SHE RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS ON TIME.
