I am going to Nepal next month. I am in H1b. I have to go to US embassy to get a visa. Could anybody please suggest me what kind of application form do i need and where do i get it? A friend of mine said he had to submit DS-156 and DS-157 when he went to Bahamas. Are those the same forms i need to fill out? I would appreciate any help.
