MR. SHIWAKOTI--THERE ARE 2 SIDES TO THE STORY IT TOOK OVER 3 MONTHS TO ALMOST GO BACK AND FORTH WITH YOUR ITINERARY AND OVER 5 TIMES TO REDO THE ONE FINAL ITINERARY THAT YOU APPROVED. YOU KEEP REQUESTING ME TO CHANGE YOUR DATE OF TRAVEL. LUCK DAY--WEDDING DAY-- SCHOOL EXAMS--THESE WERE THE REASONS GIVEN--I HAVE COMPLIED TO EVERY REQUEST AND WHEN TICKET WAS FINALLY ISSUED--THERE WAS A LAYOVER IN BKK FOR OVER 14 HRS. AN EMAIL OF EVERY ITINERARY WAS SENT TO YOU. YOU WERE GIVEN TIME TO REVIEW THEM AND AGAIN A PRINT OUT WAS GIVEN--IT IS THE PASSENGER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THEM. I COMPLIED WITH YOUR REQUEST TO CHANGE YOUR ITINERARY DUE TO THE LENGTHY LAYOVER IN BKK AND THAT DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED A VISA. I EVEN OFFERED A CHEAPER ROUTE VIA MIDEAST AND EUROPE BUT YOU DECLINE. SINCE YOU REQUESTED THE CHANGE, AS MENTIONED EARLIER, CHINA AIR WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE TO CHANGE THE ITINERARY. THE TICKET WAS ISSUED OCT 17 FOR TRAVEL DEC 9--YOU CONTACTED ME ON OCT 25--THAT THE ITINERARY WAS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOU. WE NEEDED YOUR TICKET TO REISSUE AND I AGREED TO CHANGE YOUR ITINERARY AND I AGREED TO WAIVE THE CHANGE FEE- I AGREED TO PAY FROM MY OWN POCKET. A COMMISSION RECALL WAS ALSO REQUIRED BY CHINA AIR. YOU MAILED THE TICKET TO THE WRONG ADDRESS THAT'S WHY THE TICKET GOT LOST. YOU WERE CHARGED A FEE=LOST TICKET FEE BY CHINA AIR AND YOU WERE CHARGED FOR ANOTHER TICKET UNTIL RESEARCH AND PROOF THAT THE TICKET DID INDEED GET LOST. ONCE PROVEN THE REFUND WAS GIVEN AND YOU WERE NOT CHARGED $4500--YOU PAID THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF THE TICKET PLUS YOU INCURRED A $100 LOST TICKET FEE. I WASNT ABOUT TO COVER THAT-- I PAID FOR YOUR CHANGE FEE AND I LOST MY COMMISSION. YES, WE ARE HOME BASED BUT FOR SOME CUSTOMERS THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THEY COMPLIMENT US. THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO REACH US AT ANY GIVEN TIME AND ANY GIVEN DAY. THE TIME YOU REQUESTED THE REIMBURSEMENT, I TOLD YOU I WOULD BUT I NEEDED TO REVIEW MY FILE. I INFORMED YOU MY HUSBAND WAS HAVING 4 MAJOR SURGERIES IN A SPAN OF 11 MONTHS AND I REQUESTED FOR YOUR PATIENCE AS REVIEWING YOUR FILE WOULD TAKE TIME. YOU KEPT SENDING ME AN EMAIL AND I KEPT TELLING YOU TO PLS BE PATIENT AND THAT I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN YOUR REQUEST BUT I HAVENT HAD TIME TO REVIEW YOUR FILE AND ACCOUNTING. PRIORITY IN THE OFFICE IS BOOKING FIRST, RESPONDING TO EMAILS/CALLS/ ACCOUNTING IS LAST- WHEN YOU FINALLY SENT ME A NASTY EMAIL--THEN I BELIEVE THAT YOU NO LONGER DESERVE A RESPONSE. YOU WISHED TO RESOLVE YOUR CONCERN THROUGH THIS METHOD. I HAVE ADDRESSED YOUR ISSUE ONLINE. YOU WANT FURTHER EXPLANATION OR A POSITIVE RESPONSE, THEN PLEASE CALL ME ON MONDAY. WE ARE VERY PROUD OF THE FACT THAT ALTHOUGH WE ARE HOME BASED AND HAVE NO ADVERTISEMENT, THE COMPANY HAS BEEN OPEN FOR 8 YEARS AND WE HAVE A LOT OF REPEAT BUSINESS AND HAPPY CUSTOMERS THAT REFER THE AGENCY. I HAVE DEVOTED MY TIME TO RUN THIS AGENCY ALONG WITH OTHER BUSINESS VENTURES THAT WE HAVE. I USUALLY DONT RESPOND TO ANY ONLINE COMMENTARIES BUT THIS ONE DID DESERVE A PROPER AND CORRECT RESPONSE. ALTHOUGH I AM SORRY TO LEARN THAT WE HAVE CONTINUED TO DISAPPOINT YOU I KNOW THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS AMICABLY.
