Hello everyone, I just want to warn all nepai in the USA that Kali Travel is not a relaible ticketing agent for international flights. I bought ticket last year and was troubled a lot. 1. They charged me more money than promised. 2. My fligjt schedule was messed up. Total flight duration being 62 hours (22 hours more than orginal flight schedule). 3. Because of poor communication with the agent, my tickets got lost and I bought another ticket (Imagine a student paying around 4500 dollars to go home). 4. Later I was charged $100 for refund of one of the tickets. 5. The amount I am entitled to get for over-charging is never sent to me. 6. The agent now never ansewrs my telephone nor does replies my emails. So beware and think before dealing with this agent.
