How bout applying for H1 while finishing my undergrads?? I am im my final year of undergrad studies. I am also working in the university, full time during summer and part time during classes. There is a position open in my department, and my supervisor wants me to apply for it. She said they might even be ready to sponsor an H1 for me. But I wasnt sure if I am eligible to apply for H1 without my bachelors degree?? I am in my final year now, one more year to go, and from what I read online, job experience of 3 years count as one year college work. So I was thinking if i can use my almost 9 years worth of experience (part in nepal part here) as my equating factor for my final year of college???
