Hi Sidster, Sorry I am not so sure about that. The only thing I know is if AOS is in process for 180 days plus or if you already have GC, you can change your employer. But what I hear is if you change your employer as soon as you have GC or something like that, you may face some questions during the time of GC renewal. But again, I am not so sure about it. Kattie
