I tend to agree with your analysis of social challenges faced by career oriented women, esp. by Nepalese women who are highly educated and qualified. I also respect your progressive idea about adopting kids from underdeveloped countries. Every woman may not be as great as mother Teresa but there are alternatives (as you have already mentioned) to achieve motherhood.
