hello all.. i have a quick immigration question. i have been living in USA and studying on f1 visa. recently i went back to nepal and came back and had to get a new f1 visa. anyway now im back in USA and want to marry my Girlfriend who is US citizen. can that be considered visa fraud ?? if so should i just wait for 3 months ? should i tell INS that i only met my GF this year????
