" some where u mentioned that you have worked in south-asia notably 3 countries. us, canada and some where. i do not know what kind of work you do or what class of people are your observing. But in my experience.. which is notably less than yours but women are more loyal and good @ their work. Whether its a management position or a minimum wage job. I have/had employed women... @ a minimum wage job and have seen them performing better than their male counter-part who were most of the time checking out their co-workers or customers. Now if you talk about high tech industry. i have a female director. she is actually better versed than the old hag i had @ my previous company. yes, in technical [meaning engineering] work they might be a little bit behind. but thats because of the ratio. i.e. number of females in the program. if you actually sample your data on the same number i am sure you would find even more dumber men. I think you would need to look beyond and accept females as more of a counter-part rather than inferior gender... [ which tend to reflect in your assesment/argument] one thing is for sure, they are dedicated bunch and that's the impression i have. director i work for she is @ work 6am and leaves around 9pm.. she has a daughter who is right now about to go to college. how she manages .. i do not know. but she is technically sound as any ppl in her level... and this is not an exception. [ one thing for sure is males tend to make more noise and females tend to get their work done .. one way or the other. but i have seen they are very good/productive in manufacturing jobs..that demands preciseness.. like making watches] this actually proves that they are more focused and if you look @ your so called researches you would know that it is true. ===================================================== as always what do i know (O:
