I am looking forward to using Windows Vista. I am sure it will have 200 new bugs but it will also have 200 new features which may solve 100s of my existing problems. One may argue that Windows 3.1 was better because it was more stable, required less RAM and took less hard drive space. But again, Windows 3.1 cannot install Internet Explorer 6.0 or play DVDs either. Different women embrace their career for different reasons. For some it may be a source of income to support their family, for some it may be a hobby or a passion, and for some it may be a reason to fullfill their ambition and prove their worthiness. In any case, they are contributing something positive to the society and a nation's economy. A career woman may be intimidating to many men but once you understand how to communicate, share tasks and responsibilities, she will be an exciting companion. With two paychecks, you can plan a trip to Europe or Bahamas sooner than you would do with a single paycheck. The theory of evolution will come into play when rearing-up your children while both parents are working. Unless you believe in intelligent design, your kids will be fine playing with robots and Baby Einstien toys. You can hire a career man or woman who is trained to operate day care center. If you are still concerned, then both parents may decide to take some time off from work and spend time with kids. As evolution will certainly come into effect, the kids in 2020 will be weirder than those in 1980 but will also be smarter and geekier than those in 1980s. The definition of "good kids" today may be very different in 2040. An instructions manual may be required to operate Windows Vista because it is very different than Windows XP. It is almost the same difference between Windows 3.1 and Windows 95. One thing I noticed about Windows Vista beta version is that it asks a lot of questions which start with "Are you sure you want to.......?" Are there any instruction manuals written about how to communicate with a career woman? ............................................................................................. P.S.
