The crux of the analysis is: Is the struggle for gender equality worthy from both gender's perspectives? Social and corporate responsibilites are hard to be taken care of at the same time. The more the equality the more is the pressure on women and hence on men. I am talking in general terms and scene. Don't look at the women in metros, spare some thought over the struggling women of the sub-urban and rural areas.
