birkhe03, I think you are blind supporter of Mr. DB. Grow up... I had mentioned about my expericence while renewing my passport. If i myself faced the problem then why not to mention that. And also i had mentioned other people are bad but DB is the worst one in the embassy. That is a fact. I complained about that guy to his supervisor too. Will definitely do more and i don't know whether anything happens or not but it's right thing to do as i faced the problem (It will be for my satisfaction) and if he is reading this thread hope he will change himself and he needs to change. If you are so much sympathic and close to him then why don't you let him know. The only thing we expect is good service. Nothing more.
