KATHMANDU, Sept 2 - Claiming that the seven-party government is not paying attention to the ongoing peace process, Maoist Chairman Prachanda has said that his party would launch a mass movement if the government's attitude doesn’t change. "The seven-party government is showing its unwillingness to take the ongoing peace process to a conclusion," Prachanda said. Addressing a programme in the capital, the Maoist supremo also said that the party would launch the peaceful Kathmandu-centred mass movement if the upcoming "summit talks" to be held between the government and the Maoists, did not come to a conclusion on "political agendas." The rebels have been insisting for a consensus on a "political package" containing agreements on issues including the position of the king, interim legislature, an interim government to be included in the interim statute, before arms management.
