Hi Santosh ji, Please answer following: 1. I am outside US and have B1/B2 Valid for 5 years, I am entering US on and off. Will this be a problem for filing L1A multinational visa? 2. Can I come and go US when L1a is in process? 3. I am trying to visit US using B1/B2 visa sometime in Sept and my company is trying to file L1A visa in october, will this make any problem?
