Yes, we all understand lack of required staffs in embassy, but my the cocern is the way mr Tamang who has been deep rooted in the embassy so long, his way of behave once you call and ask some information, he just buhave like Mad dog, my case is is that my passport was hold more than two month even I had to change my ticket. He is main problem in the Nepalise embassy in Washington DC.
