This thread is very interesting. I can't help myself to post here. BTW, KUMS, did u work with KU/KUMS?? Just curious. You know all the staffs from KU including all the details of KUMS. Just wondering who you would be... I have one person in mind, but I do have some doubt...Anyways.. Hey KU supporter, that Dr. Chet Raj Pant does not even know about PBL, how it is conducted in the school, how come he knows about Medical Education as a whole. But he speaks all about PBL and states at all time that KUMS is the first medical school in Nepal.. Crap.... About Dr. Nabin Thapa, he was somewhat betrayed by KU administration. Dr. Thapa expected some good position in KUMS, when Dr. Karki group was wiped away from KUMS. He was then acting director of school, and was natural for him to expect something. But KU administration abruptly brought Dr. Pant as a director. Dr. Thapa was frustrated after that because he already had postponed his postdoc opportunity in the hope of getting some worthy position in KUMS, which he deserved....But he was nothing more than just Assistant Professor though he got assurance from KU that he'll be promoted soon to Associate Prof. But they never did, when he was in KU. So finally he opted to go for Postdoc. I have no idea about his comeback to KU in near future. If he decides to do so, he should be aware of KU, and bargain for the better position, which he deserves more than Pant and Nastu Sharma. God save KU.
