In another news India has stopped a Russain plane from going to Nepal carrying missiles & arms made in Israel for Nepal. Maoists are mad about this. Japan has joined EU, USA, India in telling clearly that aid to Nepal may stop if maoists are included in govt without surrender of weapons. GP repeated that no CPA elections if maoists do not surrender weapons! What's going on in Nepal? Comments?
