But the main culprit in all this, I am given to believing, was some GC wall at the top echelon in rank and file, who mucked up the whole thing way back when. When given the option of opting for naturalisation, he'd apparently told the Singlish Immigration wallas that no GC chhoraa/chhorees were to stay in Singapore upon the discharge of their parents from service and that the place would be too crowded or something to that effect. What an a**se - friggin psychophant*&^^^%% This he had apparently done knowing fully his children were to stay back when the Dumbaa (forgive my french) got retired as he had arranged for his children's stay well before the policy was put in place.
