. To take along a bicycle, golf bag, skiing, surfing or diving equipment, advance approval is required. Therefore you will need to make a request E-Service Desk. Please check prior to your travel whether your request has been approved. If the weight system (KG) applies to your ticket, you will always be charged an excess baggage rate for the transport of bicycles and surf equipment. For golf and diving equipment you will be charged when your free baggage allowance is exceeded. Special rates and conditions apply to sports equipment weighing up to 20 kilos. These rates can be found in the sports equipment table. This table lists the excess baggage rates for a one-way trip. For a return trip, you will be charged twice this fee. If your sports equipment is heavier than 20 kg (32 kg is the maximum), you will be charged the fee listed in the table plus the standard excess baggage rate for every kilo exceeding 20 kilos. If the piece system (PC) applies to your ticket, a bicycle, golf equipment, ski equipment, snowboard equipment or diving equipment weighing up to 23 kg will be considered 1 piece of baggage. This also applies to surfboards up to 165 cm (65 inches) in length. A fee will always be charged for boards longer than 165 cm. If you exceed your baggage allowance, you will pay the standard excess baggage rate. This amount depends on your destination. .
