Foreign Ministry in Nepal knows all about its officials and irregularities in the Embassies. System cannot be changed as it is set out to be so! Recently, I saw one officer in queue to come to the NE at DC, he is more than anybody else. He is god damn stubborn. He is eyeing at $$ salaries and $ Bhattaa etc. He even does not care about his seniors as he is one of the leaders of employee`s association. If he comes to join..your work will be done a year later.. be sure to send your PP six months beforehand. I will however visit Foreign Ministry this fall and will discuss about problem in the NE @ DC. Their comments will be posted in this thread again.
