I don't know about the internal politics and nepotism prevalent in the civil service of Nepal .I donot want to get into the debate of accountability and responsibility. But living here and being used to seeing everything done by computers , I was disheartened to see the first image of Nepal in USA in shambles.Being NRN, I always carry this image of nice and beautiful "back home" my parents always painted.
