That guy deserve to be punished. First of all, she need to be very strong and listen to her head not to heart. Second, she need to watch all of that stupid's behaviour very carefully and try to document them. She need to make a solid plan to collect the evidence that shows he is abusing her because if she goes to court, she need to present some kind of evidences. She can't win a case if she doesn't have any evidences. So, make a game plan. Try trapping him to send her some kind of emails or leaving some messages for her which can help on this case.
