Education, Eradication of poverty and oppurtunity can change society faster than government sponsred programs. If the New Nepal takes decisions that will not control its citizens thought process or business ambitions, in long run will yield positive results. What I mean is if some one wants to become an Engineer, study medicene, arts he should do it from good/bad college,quality will become better later on but let colleges open up and educate more people. If some wants to do business (ofcourse right businesses only) let them do it not thinking of consequences (India prohibits VOIP phones thinking it will affect BSNL and other companies such santions are against innovation) there should be no sanctions. If the New government creates an environment for Innovation and entrepreneurship, people will benefit immensely and many social issues will be rooted out. Its a process and will take time meanwhile lets not blame each other for problems. Dont worry about Government Jobs, as world changes not everyone needs them or wants them.
