The best way I have seen somebody propose someone was back in the winter of 2004. I think it was either valentines day or the day before... Me and my frens from school were hanging out around manhattan that time. we stopped at the rockerfeller plaza to see people skate and all that stuff... The music was playing and all that jazz but all of a sudden the music stopped and everyone went to the side of the rink except for this dude who circled around the rink with the spot light all the time on him. He probably circled a couple of times and then went down on his knees and went infront of his "love", took out the ring and proposed her right there infront of everyone with a great little "arrangement" he did.... Of course she said yes and they kissed with everyone clapping for them... This I think was the best way the dude could have ever come up to propose !!!
