While not condoning Gyanendra's terrible administration and past atrocities of the Royals/Royalists, it would behoove all Nepali citizens to brace for upcoming Maoist domination. The word on the street is that they are planning some sort of major upheaval - aptly named October Revolution - but in September. This could just be a rumor or conjecture, but the ongoing hurried mobilisation of Maoist cadres of all colors in Kathmandu and in other parts suggests this might actually be true.
