Update - I called the virgin atlantic at the dulles airport washington DC (800-862-8621), they are not aware of any new change in the visa policy as of today. So i think the visa rule is still the same. But they recommend to call the British embassy. Our nepali travel agent they don't take the responsibility and take initiative to get information. I think it's easier for them to get information. They don't know any thing more than selling the ticket and think it's one time business. This is the bad experience of buying ticket from nepali travel agent. I know they can not guarantee about visa but still i think thay can get current and correct information.
