I have checked websites of both the uk embassy and airlines, but no where it mentions about the change in visa policy. dharane kta you mentioned - "pheri customs bata janu parcha re security ko kura le garda..aba customs bata pheri jana lai ta transit visa le matra kam gardaina ni ta full visa nai chahincha haina ta..malai airlines ko manche le nai bhaneko saturday" Regarding going through custom what i found in the airline website is - if your handbag luggage doesn't meet the new requirement then we have to go through the custom, this is the latest update in virgin atlantic website which i assume is correct. feb14th1981 - i had seen that website u mentioned, which i assume is not changed otherwise they should have updated the information there. So i think we don't need visa, but why to take risk, that's why i'm trying to get possible informtion. I will definitely update once i get additional information. Calling the British embassy is pain they charge more than $2/minute. Finally i will have to call them. Thanks a lot guys.
