I have more serious problems. There is a friend of mine who is getting married for real and is on H1B. But the records shows a fake spouse. How do you delete the old record ?Get a fake divorce??? Another fren of mine has a spouse who has terrible OUT of Status records...he's on H1B and the girl wants to be on H4B..is there a chance to get H4B for her (she has 3 DUIs among others).
