ok anyways you want to know .. what is the right time???? there is no right time..right time is when you find the right person.(that doesn't mean 16) remember.. you miss the chance ..who knows when??? Financial stability(what is the limit?) , PHD degree(then another one?) ..is secondary .. you know when you find the perfect one(girls thats me) you know things are gonna work out:)
