There is nepotism in KU. Dr Suresh raj and Dr Sitaram have continued for too long. They must leave now. They are treating KU like their private property. Administration is full of their relatives. Dr Suresh Raj gave affiliation to Manipal after ensuring MBBS and MD seat for his daughter. Teachers like S R Kafle are far far worse that Boris Niroula. I never understood what he taught and there are many more relatives of them, who are a disgrace for KU. KUMS is the worst medical college in Nepal, worse than Janaki medical College. It's difficult to differentiate whether it is a medical college or the personal community hospital of Ram Kantha Makaju Shrestha and his followers Nastu Sharma and Dr Koju. All the departments there are facing faculty crisis, all because it has been treated like a private property. What are the future doctors learning there? God help them. To improve its quality and bring it up to the Nepalese standard (at least), all these need to be kicked out. It's high time that they quit.
