Thanks for ur response.Mandir .He was trying to transfer last year to some other university. and they release his transcript..But he didnt transfer...He went back to same college.. I think he was supposed to get the transcript back to same college ..but he didnt know that. Nobody told nothing about that. He went back to same college and they allow him to register the class. Than he didnt pay attetntion to that. Any suggestion..??????????
