Is make up a necessity? hmmm....I don't feel that way. I made a statement abt americans girls because during my undergrad, when I had to be in class at 8 in the morning, I saw most girls had so much make up on even at that time. I wondered how they'd have so much time, when I would barely have time to brush and grab something to eat.....maybe I'm too lazy..:D
