I like Mansion idea as well as _______ idea and everything no matter how many traditional consitution you make nothing is going to change .change is in the mentality not in the book...if mentality is manipulation of so called words of a book .. it will never change.. other way is as ________ a rigid constitution.If someone fails to do so consequences..regard that GOVT. as failed one and punishment will be given my voters !!
