the dude is one of the brilliant off-spinners i have seen... i still remember that one day match against Australia in 99 where he took 3 wickets in 2nd last over to wrap up the innings and the match which looked in aussies favor throughout until he came to bowl that over..a genius he is! and the test match against India in Madras, where he got Tendulkar out was one heck of a match with Pak winning by 10 odd runs... mushtaq is more of a one day bowler than test though. he had not have much success in test as compared to one dayers...perhaps that is the reason why he is not in the team. also, pak cricket is always full of controversies and dirty politics, that may have marred his chances of a place. whatever may be the reason, he is a fascinating bowler to watch. Even Murlidharan took a tip or two for the lethal "dusra" delivery the he mastered with great ease. LooTe
