You can't compare Nepal with Peru or matter a fact to any other country. First because there are too many selfish people in the country, second people from Nepal would never have or had the mentality to help your own, third we we don't live in an organized society it is filled with hate and racism, and finally everything is done through the barrel of gun and corruption. It will take a barrel of a gun for Nepali politician to think such a way and another 200 year.
