Well, what I mean is, US citizen of nepalese origin might go back to Nepal and get the Nepalese citizenship back after paying whatever amount... but according to law of USA, you cannot do so.. US now doesn't allow it's citizen to hold dual citizenship. Nepalese Canadians can go back to Nepal and get back the nepalese citizenship after paying the said amount, and yet they will can hold both canadian and Nepaelse citizenships, because Canada allows dual citizenship.
